According to a cafe pundit writing in a casual Internet dialogue sometime during 2001:
"The
New Age Consciousness Movement spawned at Esalen in the 60's
& 70's I know from direct personal experience was strongly influenced
by, some say "Tibetan", Theosophy. This explains Nick Herbert's recent
"Max Weiss" writings. Nick was chief Esalen physicist from mid 70's to
80's. Indeed I was treated as a VIP in 1975 by the Krishnamurti branch
of the Theosophists in Ojai, CA because Carlo Suares was closely
connected to them as was David Bohm. By the time we were there, there
was no evidence of Occult Nazi anti-Semitism however. Indeed they wanted
me to stay there. Carlo was a Jew. These people were from Anne Besant.
What was her connection to Blavatsky? One can see Theosophy themes in
Michael Murphy's novels like "An End to Ordinary History". Mike,
of
course, owns the Esalen land. Recently Joseph Campbell has been accused,
rightly or wrongly I do not know, of anti-semitism and he was a
dominating intellectual force shaping Esalen. Indeed the new book
"Macroshift" by E. Lazlo might as well as be titled "Theosophy
for Dummies".
Have No Such Illusions About Fluidice. com
E. Macer-Story has theorized--within the fluidice matrix model--that there are two (or possibly more) types of gravity. But this model does not make exactly the same distinction that is made in systems derivative of electromagnetic models when the binary terms "repulsive/attractive" or "gravity/anti-gravity" are used to designate an additional gravitational force in hyperspace.
. Since the Fluidice model assumes that the additional Fluidice transduction energy acts via as yet undefined properties of the atomic nuclei, this Fluidice (interior gravitation) is conceptualized as a mass energy which contracts/expands the density index of linked atomic structures. Therefore, since the Fluidice energy acts upon binary electromagnetic structures to change these structures, this is not an "anti-gravitational" force but a third basic property of the electromagnetic atomic structure.
So there are two sorts of "gravitation" or "innate mass
energy": that G/g (contextual) which acts from without the quantized
atomic/molecular orbitals and that Fl/fi fluidice (from inside) the nuclei which
controls the orbital mass/energy structure.
The
Fluidice mass/energy is conceptualized as "living" in that it is
malleable in response to the self-organizing mind fields or individual
intelligences
FLUIDICE ENHANCEMENT:
THE USE OF SPECIFIC, MATERIAL DEVICES TO ENHANCE HUMAN COGNITION

ABSTRACT
Previously (USPA Proceedings 2000) the existence of an additional energy to the electromagnetic has been described and designated as "fluidice//traction fluidice".This living energy operates to transduce information into the electromagnetic, molecular continuum from a more topological matrix of non-local information.The concept is introduced in this talk that enhancement of the interdimensional cognition process can be achieved not by duplicating the three-dimensional characteristics of the "time-chamber" areas discussed in previous talks by E. Macer-Story (USPA Proceedings -1986;1993 & 1994;2000) but by developing a specific device to be attached to the organic brain/body system of the individual desiring enhancement.
The principle behind design and use of these enhancement devices emerged from the realization that within the "naturally-occurring time chamber" areas each individual who was part of the experimental expedition obtained a different anomalous result. It was noticed that no participant was exempt from enhanced effect in the time chamber areas but that effects varied. Additionally , certain residents of these areas--having become entrained to the time chamber situation--experienced anomalous effects when outside the naturally-occurring time chamber area.
Thus, as was reasoned from experiment and observation, any use of a material device to enhance the "fluidice" transduction effect must be attached and adjusted to the brain/body system of the individual. A rigidly designed "artificial time chamber" will not enhance individual perception reliably for a variety of practical reasons.
In considering this idea of an attached "fluidice enhancement" device, it was recollected that in traditional Arabic, Tibetan Buddhist and Jewish practice--perhaps derived from lost Atlantean technology--small boxes containing prayers or other talismanic devices are tied to the head or neck of the individual.
In this talk, specific stages of this technical realization will be presented and a general concept of the specific "fluidice enhancement" devices will be described.

COMMENTARY by E. Macer-Story
People tend to "conjure" with the name of Tesla. I am not sure the
comment I am about to make is actually a Tesla formulation. But the near fields
of quantum coherent electromagnetic action you mention are probably related to
what I have formulated as contingent density-shift action within the nucleus of
the atom.Bearden has a similar formulation. But he continues to posit a
"scalar" component of the micro e/m fields and Macer-Story formulates
an additional form of configurational energy transduction entitled "fluidice"
which cantilevers the electromagnetic fields but is not itself electromagnetic.

I have a whimsical way of
presenting the idea--shared most notably by certain Russian and Eastern European
physicists--that there is a unique quality to each inertial frame of reference
not accounted for by the strictly mathematical systems of relativity as proposed
by A. Einstein. I say simply: "The cat cries out."
Shroedinger's Cat, as representative of conditions in an inertial frame to be
decided "dead or alive" by measuring those conditions, has--whether
observed to be dead or alive--a unique existence i.e. quality & properties of
the specific inertial frame both before and after being measured as "dead
or alive". It "cries out" with its own, specific gravitational
refraction index and/or living "fluidice-connected" pilot field of molecular arrangement and has--as
a specific inertial frame--its own destiny which interlocks with the destiny of
the observer who opens the door of Cat's inertial chamber to thus find it
"dead", "alive" OR screaming a "message" to the
observer such as: "I am hungry" or "I shall kill you for imprisoning
me inside your absurd binary conundrum"--a bit of information
which may influence the future decisions and behavior of the observer.
